The Water Electric Mechanical Istallation and Construction Joint Stock Company (COWAELMIC) was a member of Hanoi Construction Corporation – Ministry of Construction, and became a Joint Stock Company in according with the Decision 1595/QĐ-BXD dated 13/12/1999  by the Construction Minister.
    The company has always been continuously developing and diversifying enterprises, transforming the company’s structure from constructional contractor enterprise into various professional fields of commercial, housing construction and development investment, and constructional material production; asserting company’s position  in the domestic construction market  as well as join-ventured projects with foreign companies. It’s depend upon the appropriate strategies in forcasting the market needs, the company’s annual revenue growth will achieve with the average rate of 20% per year, estimately at the end of 2008, the gross turnover of COWAELMIC will gain over 1000 billion VND.
